I admire today’s guest for SO many reasons! Liz Wolfe is the first person that I think of when it comes to searching for a support system while on the healing journey. Liz Wolfe is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), a best-selling author, an award-winning podcaster, and mom. She is a big name in the Paleo and real food community, and uses food as medicine with emphasis on the mind body connection.
I first heard of Liz while I was at the start of my own health journey and I had been introduced to her podcast, Balanced Bites. In our conversation today we talk about Liz’s new program, Baby Making & Beyond, perfectionism in motherhood, the nontoxic beauty company we both love, and so much more. I’m so grateful that I met Liz, and can’t wait for you to hear our conversation today.
