If the class action waiver contained in these Terms and Conditions of Use is found to be unenforceable in arbitration or if the entirety of this arbitration section is found to be unenforceable, then the parties agree that the exclusive jurisdiction and venue described in the Law and Jurisdiction section of these Terms and Conditions of Use shall govern any action arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions of Use.
